It is broadcast on weekday mornings at approximately 6.40, 7.40 & 8.40 and after 4pm on Sunday afternoons.

24 Hour Challenge for Charity Friday 23rd March – Saturday 24th March

At Life2Lift Gym, Quarryside, Thornton Side, Merstham A 24 hour weightlifting challenge for charity. Supported by local celebrities – Shane Richie, Ortis Deley and Darrin Mooney from Primal Scream Incredible challenge aiming to raise £15,000 for build an orphanage

Running: Priory park 10K Sun 25th march

At Priory park, Reigate

Time: 10.30am Runners of all abilities are welcome to enter on-day at The Cafe in the middle of the park The route is 60 metres plus 4 laps, There is limited parking drivers are advised to park up before 9.45am, cost £2.50. There will be a non secure bag drop area, next to finish line, which is situated opposite the tennis courts.

Learn to dance the Lindy Hop Ongoing classes every Tuesday evening
